Barry University School of Law alumnus Kyle J. Bagen has earned national recognition for his work advocating for injured clients.

Bagen is the litigation department leader at Bagen Law Accident Injury Lawyers and has been selected for inclusion in the 33rd edition of The Best Lawyers in America® in the category of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. The recognition represents a significant professional achievement, with honorees selected through a peer-review process based on evaluations from other recognized attorneys.

Bagen has built his litigation career around personal injury and wrongful death cases, with a particular focus on motor vehicle and motorcycle collisions. He has secured numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements and has represented hundreds of motorcycle riders, including clients who suffered catastrophic injuries.

Bagen is a graduate of the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando and later returned to his hometown to practice law. His professional accomplishments also include recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and membership in several legal organizations.
