Celebrating Achievements: The Class of 2023 Commencement at Barry University

The Class of 2023 Commencement Ceremony took place on a bright Saturday morning, April 29, 2023, at 10:00 am, within the elegant confines of the Broad Auditorium. Amidst an atmosphere charged with pride and excitement, an assemblage of family, friends, faculty, and staff gathered to honor and commemorate the remarkable accomplishments of the graduating individuals. A collective sense of achievement filled the air as 58 students proudly received their hard-earned Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degrees. Notably, within this cohort, four exceptional graduates pursued a Dual Degree Track, their efforts earning them not only the esteemed DPM degree but also the prestigious Master of Business Administration. The festivities continued with an inspiring keynote by Dr. Warren Joseph, DPM and a vibrant reception hosted in the picturesque Fine Art Quadrangle, a perfect setting for graduates and their loved ones, faculty, and staff to share joyous moments and make lasting memories. The occasion also included recognition of excellence, with 18 students receiving awards and plaques, while an impressive 19 graduates were inducted into the National Podiatry Honor Society – specifically, the esteemed Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine Pi Delta Eta Chapter, a testament to their dedication and academic prowess.
