Dr. Katya Matusevich and a recent MS in Human Resource Development graduate Jubal Raffety traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota, this March to present their collaborative research exploring the relationship between inclusive leadership and transformative learning. They investigate whether inclusive leaders promote psychological safety and perceptions of inclusion, which in turn may allow for transformative learning to take place. Their interesting idea that brings the constructs of mental models and transformative learning into the context of work and inclusion was well received.
